Leadership

Leadership is about having a vision and communicating that vision to others.
The feminine leadership style promotes co-operation over competition. The superior leader gets things done with very little motion. She imparts instruction not through many words but through small deeds done. She keeps informed about everything but interferes hardly at all. She has the capacity to establish direction and the influence to align others towards a common goal.
A great leaders vision comes from passion, not position.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then you are a leader.

Limitations

Many people spend lots of time and energy arguing for their own limitations; "I can't do that," "I can't help it, I've always been that way," "I'll never have a loving relationship," and thousdands of other negative and self-defeating statements.
Our minds are powerful instruments. When we decide that something is true or beyond our reach, it's very difficult to pierce through that self-created hurdle.
We have learned that when you argue for your own lilitations, very seldom do you disappoint yourselves. It is simply a bad habit, start replacing it with a positive habit.
